Taking Action photographs

Small Motion:
Large motion:

Black and white

the bottom image is my favorite because I think it does a very good job of capturing the action and what's about to happen in the scene.

Yes, the subject is clear and the back is fuzzy

Adding black and white did increase the drama in the scene, because it added like a wistful vibe.

Action photography Shot

My favorite part is the ball flying upwards.
The most difficult part was getting it so that Ryan's arm was in two different places at once.
The easiest part of the process was taking the pictures.

Action Photographer

Website: https://www.michaelclarkphoto.com

Michael Clark is a nature/sports photographer.

He uses a Nikon D850 camera, Hasselbad H5D 50c wifi camera, many different lenses from 14mm to 200 mm.
This is my favorite photo that was taken by Michael Clark, because of the clarity on the kayaker, the intense scene the picture depicts. and the emphasis the photo places on the kayaker.
Before he was a photographer, Clark was a physicist.
I like the colorful characteristics of his photos.
I don't like how the multiple subject distracts me from where I'm supposed to focus.
I wouldn't be an action photographer because if you want to be successful you have to put yourself in high-risk situations.

Through the Lens questions

I connect with the German photographer because I also like to shoot in black and white.

I can improve my photography by using different types of lenses to capture the picture I want, instead of using just one.

I enjoy portrait photography because it allows me to capture a specific person and their feelings.
